Our whole family loves these pizzas. Preordering online makes like easy but the kids love to get there early to play some old-fashioned arcade games while they wait. But the pizzas are what it is all about - quality ingredients without the excessive fat and doughiness of many take away pizzas. The crusts are thin and tasty. Great healthy and vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options. Delicious!
Everything about Heros is spot-on from the get-go, from the vibrant decor to the complementary slushies and video games while you wait for your pizza. The menu is superhero themed and though some may wince at the price, you get what you pay for! This pizza is AMAZING! Plus there's always deals on offer through their Facebook page (and freebies on their website for newbies!) and you can win your entire order for free! Kids meals are a decent serving and include a slice of desert pizza and a toy and the salads are delicious - I find $20 can feed both myself and my toddler. They are licensed for BYO, so pick up a bevy at the bottleshop conveniently located across the road and enjoy what may well be the greatest pizza this side of the equator! PS. My personal favorite is the BATLAMB!
Went here with my friends a while back, The customer service was great, nice friendly staff and loved the idea of slushies and pac man and spinning the board to see if we got something free, entertainment while waiting for the pizza how cool! Pizza was really good, cooked nicely!! Haven't been back for a while but I do hope to soon! :)

I love it when sanity completely falls out of the minds of marketing managers. Hero's pizza promotes...yes promotes....the wearing of underwear outside clothes. So much so that they will take money off your pizza. I love it! About time all the fluff surrounding pizza is gone. Take-away pizza is not fine dining and never will be and the sooner we accept that then the sooner we find ourselves pulling on our underwear over our shorts, playing a game of pacman and slurping on a blue icy drink while we wait for a surpisingly good and well-cooked pizza. Brilliant.
Just when you thought there was no decency left in the world, Hero's comes along and offers FIVE BUCKS off each pizza to Monday-night customers who wear their undies on the outside. I mean, how utterly fantastic is that? It captures the spirit of this take-away pizza joint to a T. There are arcade games to play while you wait, you get free slushies, plus, when you order, they make you spin a wheel which could potentially win you your entire meal for free. As if all that fun stuff wasn't enough, Hero's actually does tops aces pizzas too. The toppings are creative and delicious (I recently had one with chicken, baby spinach, crumbled feta and semi-sundried tomatoes on a guacamole base - amazing) and the dough is perfectly cooked. Hero's is grungy, it's spirited, and it's got all the superpowers a pizza place needs.
